COMES NOW the Plaintiff Crunchfire Technologies, Inc. (“Crunchfire”), by and through its undersigned counsel hereby files its Motion to Strike Affirmative Defenses and Motion to Dismiss Counterclaim/ Motion to Strike as a Sham and Motion to Strike as Irrelevant, Immaterial Impertinent or Scandalous the counterclaim filed by RadWeb Technologies, LLC (“RadWeb”).

UPDATE 06/23/2016:

Shutts & Bowen withdraw as counsel for Steve Repetti and Radweb Technologies LLC due to "irreconcilable differences".
Also as of June 22, 2016 (or earlier), Robert C. Brighton, Steve Repetti's attorney in this matter, is no longer a Partner at Shutts & Bowen www.shutts.com. No explanation was offered as to why he left the firm.

Complaint for Declaratory Relief & Accounting

CrunchFire Technologies Inc., a Delaware Corporation with its principal place of business in Palm Beach County sues Radweb Technologies, LLC ("Radweb") as an alter ego of Steve Repetti, a Delaware Limited Liability company with its principal place of business in Plantation, Florida.

This is an action for declaratory relief in excess of $15,000.00 and an action for accounting in excess of $15,000.00.

The complaint alleges that Steve Repetti has failed to provide access to company records, accounting and other information as required by law.
